D.J. is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, as well as the Founder & CEO of 11Talents Leadership and Eshelman Enterprises, Inc.
D.J. specializes in empowering people and organizations to reach their full potential by discovering their talents and developing the talents of others on the team. He uses expert coaching and proven, research-based strategies to drive meaningful change.
DJ is an Independent Executive Director (Club Level Facilitator) with Maxwell Leadership, where he has access to Executive level programs that lead the industry, used by thousands of companies worldwide.
D.J. graduated with dual degrees in Psychology and Religious Studies from Hastings College in 1999, and now carries the distinction of being a DISC Consultant. He has 25 years of I.T. experience, being a worldwide consultant and speaker in the industry.
He is the author of several books including the best-selling "Just Do THIS: A Simpler Way to Succeed in I.T." and "Be a Citrix Hero"

WHAT ARE TICKET PROCEEDS GOING TOWARD?
We are supporting the operating fund and building campaign for Generations Christian Academy. This year has been particularly challenging as we find ourselves needing to both build a new facility AND face increased operating expenses for the 2025-2026 school year.
Proceeds (which means: ticket prices minus the expenses of licensing, promotions, materials, etc) will be donated to this facility after the event.
Want to give more? That would be a huge blessing! We will have the opportunity during a break to show you more about the school and how you can partner further with us. Regardless - we very much appreciate your support!

We can respect that! It is January, after all! Regardless of which ticket you invest in, every person will be sent a streaming link to view on your computer or phone!
